From the very beginning I felt comfortable here. It was a merit of patient people who have introduced me into new duties and willingly shared their knowledge and experience. During my internship I have learned a lot and my knowledge will certainly help me in my further career. I have been an intern in Business Development department for three months. My main task was to support Marketing & Employer Branding Manager in his projects and daily duties. I could always count on his help and feedback. This period, although it may seem short, allowed me to get acquainted with BSS, its culture and structure. BSS is a large company, but there are partner relations here. Everyone is positive towards each other and does not discriminate you because of your age or lack of experience. On the contrary, everyone is very helpful. I am glad that I decided to apply to BSS.

At the beginning of 2018 I started my internship in Business Development department. I consider the company’s approach to new employees as very professional. Despite the sheer volume of work, there was always a time to explain the tasks and to analyze current responsibilities and progress. A variety of tasks, very helpful colleagues and a great atmosphere allowed me to effectively widen my knowledge and skill in various areas. I think it is a great start in my career and I recommend applying to BSS.
