Recruitment process in BSS

Step 1

Check if we are currently recruiting for positions that interest you and apply online.

Fill out the application form. Do not forget to attach your CV in Polish and/or English (depending on the advertisement).
You can also send us application to rekrutacje@bssCE.com even if we do not conduct recruitment you are interested in.

Step 2

We invite only selected candidates for the interview, and the dates of the meetings are adjusted to the expectations of the recruiter and the candidate.

Depending on the position, up to two recruitment meeting are held. Sometimes we also ask candidates to fill in the competence tests.

Thanks to this we will be able to prepare an individual plan for implementing you to work. These test are adapted to the scope and level of difficulty of duties at a given position.

Step 3

All candidates, regardless of the results, are informed about the conclusions of the recruitment process

In the case of a positive consideration of the candidature, you will be informed about further steps.

After the recruitment is completed, personal data will be archived for a year to protect possible claims. The basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (which does not affect the earlier lawfulness of data processing), as well as the legitimate interest of the administrator (defense of any claims). At any time, you have the right to access the data content, the right to rectify it, the right to delete data, the right to limit processing, the right to object and the right to transfer data. Statements regarding the exercise of rights should be submitted to the following email address: IOD@bssCE.com. If, despite our support, you consider that your personal data is being processed contrary to applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). The recipients of personal data processed by BSS will only be entities providing and supporting BSS ICT systems (both general ICT infrastructure, electronic mail) and eRecruitment Solutions sp.z o.o. as a supplier of the recruitment system.

Podane dane osobowe będą przetwarzane wyłącznie w celu realizacji obecnego procesu rekrutacyjnego oraz – w przypadku wyrażenia dodatkowej zgody – w celu przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych prowadzonych w okresie roku od dnia złożenia dokumentów aplikacyjnych. Po zakończonej rekrutacji dane osobowe będę archiwizowane przez okres roku w celu obrony ewentualnych roszczeń. Podstawą przetwarzania danych osobowych jest dobrowolnie wyrażona przez Pana/Panią zgoda, która może być w każdym czasie wycofana (przy czym nie wpływa to na wcześniejszą zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych), a także prawnie uzasadniony interes administratora (obrona ewentualnych roszczeń). W każdym czasie przysługuje prawo dostępu do treści danych, prawo ich sprostowania, prawo usunięcia danych, prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych.
